Cancellation policy:
- If you cancel your reservation 7 days before, except for high season (long weekends, Christmas, White Week, Easter,...) when the period will be 10 days before the arrival date, the establishment will not make any charge.
- If you cancel your reservation late, the establishment will charge 100% of the first night of your stay up to 2 days before..
- If you do not show up, the establishment will charge 100% of your entire stay.
- Non-Refundable Rate: cannot be modified or cancelled, it would entail a penalty of 100% of the reservation cost. These rates require a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the total reservation

- Your credit card will be used to guarantee the reservation. You will have to bring it to the hotel as a check.
- Payment will be made to the hotel except: Non-refundable Reservations, Hotel reservations + activities or reservations with discounts, reservations on holidays, bridges, Christmas, New Year's Eve, kings.
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if it does not meet the stipulated terms or the payment is not received before the arrival date to the hotel.
