From the farm to the fork. Local and homegrown
El Fogaril serves fresh produce grown in their own organic garden

The Ciria family has its own organic garden on the outskirts of Benasque where they grow many of the fruits and vegetables served at the restaurant El Fogaril.


They also breed hens, chickens, ducks and rabbits that are naturally feed, which gives a unique taste to the food. Delicious free range eggs that Ciria Dioni collects every day are available for visitors.
