Our restaurant serves mushrooms, truffles and wild berries harvested in the area
El Fogaril is also supplied with produce provided by surrounding forests. Many of our dishes are prepared with wild fruits collected in the Valley, like raspberries, strawberries, blueberries (used to make jam) or "arañones" (sloes), to brew homemade Pacharán (sloe gin)
You will always find "robellones", boletus edulis, "muixardinas" and other seasonal mushrooms in the kitchen. Mycology fans will be able to collect them themselves thanks to the personal advice given at the hotel.
Truffles, chosen among the best at the Graus truffle market, are another queen of our kitchen.
