With more than 30 years of experience in customer service, the Ciria family is dedicated to discovering and preserving the secrets of the Valle de Benasque.


The Ciria family combines a passion for mountains with an extensive hospitality experience. Good connoisseurs of the Valley, the two brothers José María and Dioni are experienced hunters and fishermen, and the game they hunt and fish can be found on the menu. They also collect a large variety of mushrooms, berries and herbs to season their menu and to produce a sloe gin called "Pacharán" 

Being good mountaineers, they can design specific treks, advising guests on the most desirable places to visit -some of which quite unknown-, the slopes where the best mushrooms can be collected or visits to the Romanesque architecture in the area. Talking to them about the Pyrenees makes a good after dinner or après-ski.
